Job Description
Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to luxury standards.
Linen Management: Change bed linens and towels following specific 5-star folding and placement techniques.
Amenity Replenishment: Ensure all guest amenities (toiletries, coffee/tea, minibar) are fully stocked according to hotel policy.
Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Guest Service: Respond to guest requests for extra supplies with professional and strong interpersonal skills.
