1. Core Objective
To provide professional, warm, and efficient service that ensures guest satisfaction. Whether at a 3-star or 5-star level, your goal is to maintain the hotel's reputation through cleanliness, quality, and hospitality.
2. Key Responsibilities (By Department)
Front Office: Manage guest check-in/out, handle inquiries, and coordinate reservations with a professional demeanor.
F&B Service: Take orders, serve food/drinks, and maintain dining area hygiene. (5-star: requires knowledge of fine dining & wine).
Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to exact standards; manage laundry and amenities.
Culinary: Assist in meal preparation, follow recipes, and maintain strict kitchen safety/hygiene (HACCP).
Maintenance: Ensure all equipment, lighting, and plumbing are in perfect working order.
3. Candidate Requirements
Experience: Prior hotel experience is preferred (3-star) or mandatory (5-star).
Communication: Fluent in English/Local language; ability to interact politely with diverse guests.
Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and a "guest-first" mindset.
Grooming: Must maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
